Kareem Moncree-Moffett, PhD, the executive director & visionary founder of the Youth Lead Alliance, discusses the ways in which her organization is supporting youth. Her goal is to cultivate leaders through this program and discusses ways in which individuals can contribute to this cause. She brings attention to several community events and introduces a local student, who gains from the initiatives. Anaya Jordan, a student at Walnut Hills High School and member of the alliance, shares insights and wisdom gained from her involvement with the group.
